[Resolved]  Siliconr Infotech — Fraud job commitments in abroad

Respected Sir,

Myself MNRao, PG in MSc, through some source i came to know about SiliconR Infotech, Dwarakanagar, Vizag, that they will provide placements in Malaysia after taking 3 months training in any software courses, so approached the head Mr.Ranjit.

I asked him i am PG in MSc, what kind of job u can provide me in Malaysia.He said u need to learn Dot Net course which is only 3 months duration along with live projects, just after completion of 3 months u can leave to Malaysia.and will provide work permit visa with flight tickets and employment in Malaysia.

For that processing and course fees he charged Rs.3 lakhs.

After joining he could not provide good faculty and no regular classes and frequent arguments with him reg commencing of classes he dragged upto one year. With frequent warnings about processing i paid him Rs.3 laks.

Training was dragged up to one year and he told me to be ready with your luggage within 15-20 days to relocate to Malaysia and package offered me is 6 LPA..

Still he is dragging on and on and fainally kept visitor visa on hand and asked to leave to Malaysia.Then i had a big argument then he is saying i cant place and provide visa.

And also not refunding my fees of Rs.3 lakhs.

I asked to refund my fees with interest for lost one year.

Its a company of FRAUD and CHEATING commitments & people.RANJIT IS BIG FRAUD.

So Please Expert i paid NRI 3 lakhs and i want my money back i have not attended any liable classes .And he did not provide visa and employment.

Please give me any good suggestion Please.
