Dear friends, Silvercloud technologies, located in madhapur, hyderabad, is not purely a software development company, i joined in silvercloud in the month of june, i had one year previous experience in java, i got 2.4 package offer . First few days, i was given some training in the topics where i am not up to the mark, first 45 days the training was going on ...i was worried about my career during that period, but aftr 45 days, i was taken in to the project team and i started working on their inhouse project since then, last week, i was sent for an interview to one of their client company, and i am selected to work on their project, i was offered a permanent position in that company with a salary package of 4.20 lakhs .. Silvercloud management relived me immediatly and helped me to start my new job, i am very happy for that ... they should have told me first only, then i wouldnot have worried so much for the first 45 days .. over all, silvercloud has inhouse projects in java, .net, android etc ... pls note that they will keep few employes and the rest will be outsourced to leve2and bove companies across south india. . Dont think that u r going to be in silvercloud for ever. Be prepared to be placed some where else.. I am happy bcos i was hired into a better company with better package, that too in hyderbad location .. what else can i ask for .. hats off to Silvercloud mangement... my special thanks to sudheer reddy, ceo who gave me the goden opportunity .
