Hi Team Greetings, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of assistance I have received from my account manager regarding my expired PMP membership & exam voucher. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, my exam voucher expired. I have since obtained the necessary information from my account manager, who was challenging to reach.
Below are the timelines of interaction with my account manager: -
- I contacted my account manager on 27 Nov 2023 and mentioned that my Exam voucher will expire on 28 Nov 2023 and he mentioned that I don't have to worry as he will be assisting in extension of my simulation papers & classes.
- He was aware of my voucher expiration date and he only mentioned that exam voucher can be redeemed easily. I have the whatsapp chat where I mentioned "Tomorrow is the last day to redeem for exam voucher" and my account manager mentioned " Please finish the simulation papers and I'll get it unlocked from backend"
- Since then I'm trying to reach out my account manager but he is not easily responding or delaying. I'm trying to reach out since January 2024, in between he replied. I have all the screenshots where I tried to contact him.
- He is not responding to my emails either. There is 1 email which is still unattended. All I want is my PMI Membership & Exam voucher. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
