I had enrolled for PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner 2017 along with certification, i had paid 38000 rupees for the overall course and certification. Now they are telling that i had only enrolled for PRINCE2® Foundation course and Practitioner live classes and it doesn't include Practitioner certification. I had opened a ticket with the team and they are asking to contact saptarshi.[protected]@simplilearn.net and this person is not answering my calls or replying to emails Overall post enrolment service assist has become very bad, no proper responses to the queries, when i called their customer service number, as soon as i inform about my issue, the call disconnects Was this information helpful? |
