[Resolved] Simplilearn — refund related | |||
Hi team, my name is amit pathak and i have taken one course from simpli learn, course was related to data science, so i have gone through a chapter and i found that it is not my cup of tea and i decided to cancel the course and i requested for refund on 16 th march within two or three days after enrollment and then after i received some calls from simplilearn tram, account manager name was shekhar so he explained something about course and asked me to cancel the request, but i have never cancelled the refund request and then after i started to take follow up continuously regarding my refund and every time i have been told that my refund has been initiated and approved and i will get my refund but in have not received my refund yet and now they are saying that i have requested for cancellation of refund which i never did, and i have not attended their single class and today itself emi amount has been deducted from my account, my ticket id is 00527441, kindly help in getting my money back.
