[Resolved]  Simply Marry — Refund of money

We are seriously disappointed with the services of simply marry, we trusted this because of Times of India's name, however, nobody has provided us services.
We got a call from Mr. Tapas, who introduced my father with this relationship manager services for better groom search, he never mentioned about one month criteria associated with this, but currently my concern is that no body from the organisation has connected with us regarding profiles.
My father gave cheque (number 870612) on 30th October 2013 of Rs. 5, 000, which was cleared on 3rd Nov 2013, post which I received one welcome email on same id and one call which confirmed my email address, after which I logged on to my profile on simply marry and validated my photograph.
After this process no one from their office gave us call to share relationship manager details or any profile with us, my father Mr. Om Prakash Gupta tried calling and reaching Tapas every next day and he either did not pick up phone and if he does pick up that means that we have called him from some unknown number, my father left messages to Mr. Surender but we never got a call.
On 20 Nov 2013 when we called Mr. Tapas from an unknown number, he picked call and agreed that you take a refund of your money.
However, no email confirmation has been given to us and ever after around 5 months money has not been refunded to us.
