Simply Shirtstore — variance in product being advertised and delivered

This company is offering products in very cheap rates. I came to know about this through facebook. When i visited the site seeing the advertisement (Pics & specifications) got impressed and placed an order online (Invoice:[protected]. It was a shock to me when i received the item and non of the specification (Color, material, size) was matching. I have sent a mail on the day i received the order, to their help desk mail id to take the order back and repay me the amount. The support team only replied me back that they are looking in to this issue and the seller has been asked to investigate the case. It is now more than 3 weeks and till date no firm reply/response i could get. Last 1 week i sent 2 mails requesting them to take forward my case, but again shocking that they did not even reply me. I am feeling like got trapped to a fraud and lost my money.
