Be aware of this company...This company is a Partnership company in the name SINGAPORE HOUSING CORPORATION. THIS COMPANY IS A PARTNETSHIP FIRM Between Mr.Manjunath, Mr.Srisha and Mr.Sathya.This company started last two month before on wards.(April 2014).This company recruited the people as a CEO, VP, BDO, ASM and Telemarketing last May 14 .This company web site address:www.singaporehc.com.It says they are 19 years old company the have a more than 8 real estate projects all over Bangalore.All are fake.This company management People Srinivasan-[protected] he is working as a VP for SHC Pavana[protected] she working as a Head-Hr and Marketing Avinash- 0000000 he working as a Head -Sales All people are blood suckers of ASM and BDO... They are given Ad in Times of India in Classified Section and opportunity column. After 30 or near 30 days all people are terminated and denied the salary for the month of May . . Already the above directors running the Company in The name of ACTIVE GROUP OF COMPANIES functioned the following address M.N.R. Complex, 17'th Cross, Malleswaram, Sampige Road P.C..Bangalore. In fact, today only I was called by one of my friends and he said that he is going to buy one site so informed me as well. Can anyone tell me exactly is this company is really fraud because I myself starting felling the same when they told me that they are selling the sites in compitation price with others developers, I mean this developers selling the site Rs.99/sq feet while other developers are selling the same at Rs. 499/sq feet. This is my number [protected].
I too came to know about this company ...and one of my relative joined here and within two days ran away from the job itself. There is no doubt about this company which a No1 fraud guys. If they have any project upcoming, ongoing or completed it should have been there on their website. Please don't tell they don't have money to put up these on their own website. Surprise to note how FM channels are not checking the credentials of such companies before taking up their advertisements and radio jingles. I am planning to check with Credai about this company and their functioning...!!!

We are worried whether you could utilise that opportunity to own your plot at that point of time. Yes the offer you mentioned above about Rs99/- per sq ft was a pre launch offer, which about 800 families utilised to own a plot at 1/3rd of the market price then. At present we are offering at Rs.360/- per sq ft which is lesser than the current competitor price too in that same Township.
