Singer India — Complain not solved and its closed .

I complain for service in company on 11/1/2016, they replied that complain solved in just week, but after one month it not solved i call in customer care they replied sorry we will solved it next saturday but after one week without solving my complain they closed it by name shailesh patel the technition.

this second time company did so.
