Sir Ganga Ram Hospital — Dr Alpana Prasad

This is related to Doctor Alpana Prasad. On 11th June at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, she did surgery over my son for Dermoit cyst. As she guided us their was suppose to be a single minute cut to take out the cyst. Our baby was discharged the same day from the hospital and very thing was fine.

We visited the hospital after 10 days as per Alpana's advise in general OPD. She didn't even bothered to look at our kid to examine the progress in healing instead asked some junior associate to look at it. She was very rude and arrogant in her approach and with a very upset tone said do not need to text or call on my number. Until the time of surgery she was the one who actually told us to not to worry and to contact her for any issue. We believe this could be because we didn't visited her clinic or private OPD where we would have to pay hefty amount of INR 1500 might have disappointed her.

Now when the bandage was removed we noticed that their were were 2 soars. One was for stiches and their was another one at the end of eye lid which Alpana's junior assistant told us that it is because of bandage which was very lame in his tone. We tried connecting with Alpana in hospital but were not successful.

We texted her with the images of the area in concern she didn't bothered to actually answer to it in a proper way instead have been leading us to come to the hospital and get it diagnosed in Emergency. Even a short string possibly of stiches are coming out.

It is so clear and visible that any doctor can advise on it but she is not even bothered.

My humble request is to help us get justice by the stupid and insane behavior of doctor.
