Sir Ganga Ram Hospital — hospital denied to provide billing details

My father is 67 years old and suffering from chronic kidney disease v and had a surgery to make av fistula for dialysis. Hospital invoiced us inr 21463.00 that we paid as insurance i have is not listed in hospital list and i went with claim reimbursement process with insurance company. After claim submission, i got query from insurance for submission of detailed breakup of amount mentioned in hospital invoice.in invoice hospital listed package charges : rs.20000, which is insufficient for insurance claim as insurance company is asking for detailed breakup of "package charges" mentioned in invoice. We went to sir ganga ram hostpital many time to get breakup of charges and hospital is not listening us, they are simply denying by saying one word "we don't have anything" or "we can't provide details". I need to respond to insurance company in 15 days after notice and its been 13 days and hospital is not listening us, finally you are our last hope for help. Please help us in this matter, for ref. I have attached invoice, discharge summary
