My son is under treatment at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital for last one and half year. This is the third time I have had a very bad experience with a lady who coordinates with Patients and their dependent at F-57 . I generally go to the cardiologist to discuss ECG because he is just 6 years old and is given some medicine for neuropathy pain post discussing ECG with cardiologist. He is getting the treatment from Rhematolgist but the lady Poonam who coordinates with patient at F-57 where the ECO is done is very unprofessional, she is very rude to the people even shout on the customers, she always talks negative with others.I had to consult only ECG with the doctor after waiting for 2 hours when I checked with her how much time will take more she responded very rudely and said you are last in queue and asked me to wait till all the patients are seen because I am not paying for the ECG consultation to the doctor as I was referred by my doctor to consult ECG with Dr. Neeraj.
This is the third time she shouted and spoke to me very arrogantly even cross questioning me rather than answering to my query.
Please share the feedback with Poonam or the lady who is coordinator at F-57 in Cardiologist (ECO department). Every indian citizen has right to get respect and no one has right to disrespect anyone.
I really felt bad about it even my wife told me when I was away for some time she came outside for a minute and searching me and when she did not find me there for few minutes she was using bad language for me.
