Sivaya Toll Plaza Meerut — Tolls deducted twice while returning

I was coming back from muzaffarnagar today and till was deducted twice first 95 rupees and other 25 rupees.
Why this happened?? Many of my colleagues told me as well about this kind of issues they faced earlier on the same route.
Tell me how i will get back my refund???
