I am Ashish Kapoor i purchased TVS jupiter on 26/06/2015 from SK TVS Tilak Nagar New Delhi. On 16/07/2015 i got a call regarding RC and number plate when I reach the unit and ask for the same the lady staff Neha asked for the 250 rs. slip which was given to me for the number plate and that was not with me at that time so she said (ye toh commen sense ki baat hai aap ko lani chahiy thi) this is a coomen sense you should carry slip with you and later she shown me the register where the other slip was lying and said are these people mad who got this slip (ye log pagal hain jo ye slip laye hain). I explianed her the entire story but she was not ready to listen anything even there colleague ask her to say sorry but she refused to do so and said that this is not my fault and i am not going to say sorry.
I took the mobile no. of Mr. PankaJ Anand who is the incharge of that unit and ask that I am going to call him on that she replied go and complaint to anybody i dont care (jao jis se bhi complaint karni hai kar do mujhe koi fark nahi padta).
Later I called Pankaj and brief about the entire incident and he promise me that he will discuss this matter with the owner and will revert back but no call was made by him. Next day I called him and ask about the what happen to my complaint he said within on week she will be sacked from the unit.
Seriously the behavior of the lady was rude and horrible I know that nothing will be happen to that lady but it will spoil the company image which she already did.
