Skandaa Management Service — Poor service in providing full time maid

I had registered and paid 11300 to this agency for a maid for cooking and taking care of my mother in law. The first lady worked for 15 days and the day we were not in town n alone with my mother in law she locked the door and went away for 3-4 hours not giving food and medicines.after 20 days they replaced a lady who came at night.next day morning she left. She dint know to keep cooker. How can she cook. Again replaced after 20 days.this time maid was good but she already had commitments and stayed for a month. Again replaced a lady after 15 days.this lady gives no reason says she is going to some other agency. Now how can you trust such agency. Tolerated since we paid lumpsum money.now we are demanding refund
