Skechers India — defect in shoe sole

I bought skechers men go walk from a skechers retail store in pralhadnagar ahmedabad. Now after walking with these shoes i felt a small gal on inner part of left sole, i went to the store where the guy said its a small extra cut in left sole and they wont do anything about it. Only after quarreling he did get ready to take my compaint but i haven't received a reply from the store managaer yet. Plus though in the bill its written that shoes with any manufacturing defect will be exhanged for 180 days from day of purchase these peopls put a stamp by themselves saying this product will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
If you cant deliver good products then why the hell do you bother to sell!!??
