It's been 10 days since i have purchased a new pair of skechers n it's so called memory foam is making noise. I went to the allahabad store gave them the product n confirmed that it's defective instead of changing it they said leave the product for a day n we will mend it but when i went to pick up the product it was in the same condition so i decided i will exchange the product but they said that we have to wait for the mail from our senior then only we can i went through the exchange policy there is no such rule plz look into the matter.
