Ticket Number - 210440 I bought Skechers Archfit on 10th September 2021 at Prozone Coimbatore dealer and hardly used for a week's morning walk. I am a 67 years old man and used this shoe was hardly used. I raised a complaint and Skechers declined to refund or replace. They have not physically seen/inspected/tested my shoes. How you can assess the shoe without physically checking it? This totally unethical business and will be highlighted to all running and walkers’ clubs about your unfair response and your product quality. Skechers Reply: However, we regret to inform you that our early assessment of the product through our quality assurance team indicates that the product is not eligible for return or replacement and the damage could have been due to product usage.
