Skechers India — shoes defective and duplicate product

I bought skecher shoes from junction mall durgapur, in 10 days it was found defective and torn, more over its defeactive and uncomfortable to use, i have made complaint for replacement of shoe but they say will just paste and give back, its really disrespect treatment with customer buying costly shoes and getting response of repair, i request to lodge a complaint and close the fraid stores in India
