Skechers India — Unprofessional customer service | |
I have place a order on 6th of sept 21 and it’s 13th sept now and still the order status shows order placed in track my order window. Is this a joke?? It is clearly mentioned on website that delivery is expected within 7-10 working days. It’s been 8 days i have placed my order and yet it’s not despatched. Also there is no response from customer service to my mails. Now let’s come to the customer service online assistance. I have been trying to connect to customer support team since past past 4-5 days 10-15 times a day I can only hear your call will be answered shortly. Is this a coincidence that when I call always a customer service executive is busy on another call that too i am calling 10-15 times In a days at hourly intervals. My honest opinion is Skechers is not bothered about their customer as the company has gained a top brand position in the market. But if the company continues such behaviour you are gonna loose your customers and business. I myself will never prefer Skechers brand in future I will totally boycott Skechers products and will share my experience on social media and with my family and friends too. It’s my request friends don’t opt for Skechers instead go for ASCIS or NEW BALANCE they are way better than Skechers. Was this information helpful? | |
