I bought a new pair of sketchers shoes on 6th january 2018 from the sketchers retail outlet at inorbit mall vadodara, gujarat.

Turns out the product was defective as the the shoes stitches came off after only wearing for a couple of weeks although it has a 1 year warranty.
So when i went to the store again to get my product replaced the manager of the store started behaving extremely rude to me. He was not ready to take my complaint at all.
He then started sidetracking the topic by asking me to provide the bill, mobile no., debit card date transaction, and even the box. He acknowledged my complaint only after i provided him with all these things as i came prepared and not to mention that he was extremely rude to me this whole time. He could have checked all these credentials and purchase details through his computer register as he registered my phone no. During the purchase and transaction.
He then registered my complaint finally and told me they will take actions on my complaint after 1 week and told me to come back to the store at the same time too.
I want the company to take necessary actions asap and replace the shoes following the 1 year warranty that they have given to me on these shoes and take necessary against the rude and ill mannered stor manager of the rerail outlet.
