Hello there,
Ironically, I had purchased the most premium shoes of the most premium brand. That is Skechers ultra go run R. (Rs. 9, 000/-) Within few days it started showing a defect. In the holes of the front upper mesh, there was one hole which was larger than other holes. It was growing larger every day.
I complained to the store. There Mr. Shubham assured me that it will be replaced but I will have to wait for the hole to grow bigger, prominent and noticeable. I kept on contacting and visiting him weekly. He asked me to send pictures of the shoes. I sent him the pictures.
Now all of a sudden he tells me that my claim has been rejected.
Pls note this is not a wear and tear case. The defect was there since I purchased the shoes. It became noticeable after few days.
Customer care is not responding to emails and phones.
It's very disheartening that after purchasing such a costly and premium brand shoe, the customer has to face harassment.
Please replace the shoes and save me from a bitter experience.
