Skechers Retail India Private Ltd. — poor quality of skechers slippers

I would like to inform u that i purchased sketchers slippers from centro panjagutta hyderabad on 15th april and since one month back its big toe sole has worn out and is # to sole. It is very uncomfortable.

I took it back to centro store and met manager there. He told me that he will it repaired by adjusting the sole by pulling it to other side. I got angry and i brought it back. Repairing it will not help me becoz whole sole is worn out and will be a problem. We buy it with hopes of wearing it atleast for an year. But within three months it got worn out and a problem.

I want a replacement not repair. Kindly look into this matter. When does anyone buy such a costlier slippers. To feel confort and wear it for more time than any other slippers. It didn't even give us it's like any other simple slippers. So soon it got worn out. Im enclosing pictures of the bill and slippers and signature of manager of centro footwear.
