Skechers — shoes torn side base of the shoes

I would like to inform you that in just 5 months the right leg shoes has developed fault (torn from the edges of mat & base) right side about approx 1 inch. I visited the Connaught Place outlet, and as per their instruction/ advice i am uploading two photographs for your kind perusal and early action to give me the reference Number so that the said article can be exchanged,
