[Resolved]  Skinkraft — Refund not issued even after repeated mails

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you with regard to a complaint I have towards skinKraft. I had paid an amount of Rs. 1199.20/- on 29th June 2022 at 12:40 for my order. When I contacted their customer care team, I was told that the amount was received but the order was not placed due to a technical error.

I have been contacting their customer care with regard to this issue since the 13th of July 2022.

Furthermore, this issue was escalated to their concerned department and a refund was initiated within 3-5 business days. The ticket number that was raised addressing this issue was [protected]. Unfortunately, I have not received the refund amount till date.

I am giving the details of this issue below:

Amount Paid: Rs. 1199.20/-
Mode of payment - Net Banking (HDFC Bank)

When I have contacted them over Email, I am just receiving empty promises regarding the refund being issues within the next 24-48 hours. But I am not receiving my refund amount.

After more than two whole months of corresponding with the SkinKraft team regarding issuing my refund, they have finally resolved the technical issues that were contributing towards the delayed refund amount. Today I have received the full refund amount from them and the ticket has been closed successfully!

Its been 2 months now since the refund has not been done by skinKraft. I am getting emails from them which are nothing but empty promises that the refund will be initiated. Yet till today there is no sign of my refund. Furthermore I get automated messages from them saying that my next shipment is ready to be shipped. There is no one who can address my issue from SkinKraft. It is not a small amount that I have paid. Even an amount of 1199.20/- is a hard earned money. they turn a deaf ear when I request them to initiate my refund. When it comes to refund, there always seems to be a technical issue due to which the process is being delayed. What sort of an excuse is this.

I have already submitted all the details in my previous complaint. I am sharing the same yet again!
