Skinnsi — Medical issue | refund is not approving by the management

I have taken the LHR package but due to my fungal infection on the body I asked them to cancel the package & refund the money as the fungal infection will take time to get cured & my dermatologist has suggested not to go for laser treatment.
When I asked the team for refund they are giving me reasons & not giving the refund but before I took the package I asked the service provider who called me she told that refund is possible & very easy process & now they are not giving me refund.
