Still in app I get slots available at Borivali center. However i stay at Thane and Thane skinnsi center is near by my residence. I purchased my treatment plan at Thane skinnsi center, where representative committed that my treatment can be done either at home or Thane skinnsi center. Based on that I enrolled for my treatment.
But after purchase, I have been informed to book the slot through makeO app. But I have been never seen any slots available at Thane skinnsi center and home service for my MNRF treatment. Then I reached out to Thane skinnsi center manager Name Meghna, but she said she can not help me to book the slots offline and it can be book online only, and if you are not able to do then connect to customer care.
Customer care is saying at present they have only one therapist available in Mumbai. Who take care of western line home service and Borivali skinnsi center but not central line. However I understood ur situation and I took 1st session of treatment at Borivali which is 2 hours far from my residence. but after that when I tried to book 2nd session l, again they are giving me same reason and getting same answers since last 4-5 months and I am fed up now.
How irresponsible you are, even after 5 months you have the same situation and you didn’t work on any improvement. You are just telling customers to adjust but you are not giving any solutions to them, you are just giving false assurance. Your revert is not productive.
disappointing. You led me to believe in your advertising and assured me. my attempts to reach out to your customer support team have been met with considerable frustration. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Promises of callbacks have gone unfulfilled, and it feels as though my concerns have been disregarded.
