I have bought a bluetooth headset on 15 may, 2020 through skull candy website. But i am not happy with the product because when i connect the headset with laptop the voice is not syncing. I wish to return the product. I raised a mail regarding this to the respective mail id given in the skull candy website. Also, i have tried to contact the customer care but there is no response from their side. I have checked the website for return. But there is no proper options. I am very much disappointed with their product and service.
