Skullcandy — earphones purchased are not working properly

I had purchased an earphone on 1 feb via amazon. It was working properly for 15-20 days later it started showing some disturbance. I had tried to contact amazon and skull candy many times but there was no response. Now at last i have decides to send an online complaint to amazon/skull candy to review the problem which i am facing with this headphone. I believe that this time some strict actions will be taken to satisfy the customer complaint.
