I had purchased skullcandy bluetooth earphone in Chennai May 2020 . This earphone was working till dec'20 after that one side of the earphone was not working. there was 2 years warranty for that product. In Jan'21 my family was affected by covid-19 virus. Later in apr'21 i went to the store where i purchased the product for exchange. In that store they told me to contact skullcandy customer care. I sent a mail to the customer care Brandeyes who is taking care for skullcandy company. They asked me to send the product to their service center. In 20-Apr-21 the product was sent and in 10th May a new product was received. The earphone was working only one month and again the same problem happened. Again i contacted the company and as advised by them, I resent the product to their service centre mentioned below on 30th Jun.

This time they sent a different model sent on 29th july, which was not working. I contacted the customer care through mail again and informed the defect. Though, they asked me to send the invoice. I refused and asked them why they sent a defected product. But no reply received from them for that. Instead they asked me to send the product to their service center. This took too many mails and finally on 18th Aug, they replied me to send product to their service center.
From April to till date 2 earphones were changed and only one was working for a month and another one was sent defected which gives me pressure and almost i wanted to throw the earphone away.
Actually we purchase company product instead of local items for long standing and their customer service. Though, their services are just like that only and not up to that level.
