I am having a manufacturer error in my earphone, the both side of the earphone is not working. Its been less than 1 month and it stopped working. I want to claim my warranty as it is in warranty period 2years from now. The information is as follows :-
1. It is skullcandy ink'd wired in-earphone with mic.
2. Ordered on 30st may 2020 from amazon
The customer services of this company is not responding to anything its been 5 days now..
Please look into this matter
