I purchased skullcandy headset in 2019 through amazon.in, now the mic is not functioning.
I requested for replacement of headset with a new one under warranty (2 years).
They sent a mail with a warranty form attached asking to courier along with the headset and i did.
The courier reached them on 1st of sep'20 which i tracked online but there isn't a response from the company end about the receipt of courier till date..
I have sent so many mails and tried reaching them through call but it's all waste.
I was expecting a replacement but now i want a refund because of their worst service. Was this information helpful? |
