Sky Blue Finance — I am complain about not refunding my money

I had applied for personal loan in sky blue finance private ltd company and next day i got a call and was told thay your lone is sanction and for file processing you have to pay 1500 hundred that i paid and so to GST charges 15000 and OTT charges and next day again 5000 .but this company cheated me and asked for first 1500 then 15000 then 12500 and then 5000 and now not responding please refund my money.
