Respected Sir,
I am Shaji Mathew and I live in Idukki. I am very much disturbed by a visa agent called Mr. Biju k, M D of Skyline tours and Travels, located in Cochin, which is a registered with Ministry of Overseas affairs . It was told me that he is going to issue a visa to Canada within four to six months he asked me to pay 1 lakh rupees. I handed over this money, for they have government registration. Now it is almost 22 months and I did not get any visa or my money back.
The same way my brother also gave 50, 000/- on 29th January 2010.
After six months I contacted the agency and conveyed the message that I need the visa or the money. They never accepted anything but always threaten me on phone. On the month of May 2010, I went with my friend Antony who is from Ernakulam, and they tried to harm us physically and told us that they are not going to pay the money. After that I contacted The ‘Communist Party’ but Mr. Pavithran Son Baiju went into hide. They always assured me that they are going to pay me, but never happened. Now I am very sure that they are not going to pay me any money.
I did get my
Passport back but still they are holding my old
Passport. I am not the only one who was trapped; I came to know that many were trapped by this agency. Though Mr Baiju went into safe place, his office is still working and continuing their cheating withhelp of Protector of Generals officials So I request you to take an urgent action against them, he has so many cases in all Kerala

Updated by pravasimalayali KOCHI, JUNE 25. The Pravasi Malayali Development Society has demanded that the Interpol be called in to investigate the visa-racket case in which over 934 job aspirants were allegedly duped of amounts ranging from Rs.35, 000 to Rs.75, 000.
Addressing presspersons at the Ernakulam Press Club today, the secretary of the society, R. Rajan Edayadi, said, owner of Skylink tours, the prime suspect in the case, had fled to Dubai after duping the job aspirants.
The society had given shape to a Videsha Thozhil Protection Cell (phone[protected] to help out victims from the crisis situation. The Chief Minister and the Minister for Welfare of NRKs must intervene in the issue. The society would be forced to resort to agitation if the matter was not taken up seriously, he said.
