Sleep Fine mattress — Sold different product and refused to to communicate afterward

Sleep fine materass BEWARE!!! Please read this article if you do not want to throw your money away trough the window!!! Only two weeks ago I got a very expensive mattress (MRP. Rs. 27, 490) We have researched for a long time and decided to buy a comfortable mattress. Originally we wanted to go for Peps Mattress but I found a website that offers a mattress with aloe Vera coating. We were impressed and called a deler that offers this specific mattress Mr. Nawaz Pasha, who ensured us he is associated with the company Sleep fine in Sharja. We thought that such a good company will offer world class product but as we later discovered that he was lying to us as Sleep fine India and Sleep fine Sharja have nothing to do with each other. The one in India comes from Heiderbad. Thay call it family business and it is the truth as they assemble the Mattress in their backyard. Looks like no quality control at all. Mr. Nawaz has two showrooms one in Banshankeri and the other in Candrapura Bangalore. He had shown us in his Chandrapura showroom a materass which we liked and we made the deal. He also showed us the pillows that were suppose to come with the offer. The matrass arrived 3 days later as he said but to our surprise with some cheap pillow of ₹300 but we said ok let us not get stressed with this and said nothing. The so said matrass was stone hard and we were paining all over the body. As we tried to call Mr Nawaz he was not picking up the calls he was just vanished in a black hole. We called the company in Haiderbad and they told us we can upgrade the mattress at our cost ₹12, 000 extra or give it back with a deduction of ₹4, 500. THIS IS THE STANDARD TACTICS THAT THEY USE TO DO THEIR BUSINESS. This is insane! ₹40, 000 for an unknown brand in the market. We first spoke with Mr. Shakeel Mohammed who was giving us all kinds of excuses even told us without knowing us we may have orthopeic problem (can you believe this?). Communication was not possible with him as he was screaming and was even offensive. We decided to call the CEO of the company Mr. Jahangir Khan again no communication was possible. He originally agreed to take mattress for a full refund and changed his mind next day saying he will not do any refund at all. They will say anything to buy time. To make it short. - Do do not believe in their 10 year of Warrenty, which they will not talk to you once the deal is done. - What will be after two years then? - Family business is backyard manufacturing - They show you something and Deliver something else. - You have nowhere to complain as there is absolutely no costumer service. - Thy just vanish in a black hole once the deal is done. - The matrass is hard uneven and after two weeks only looks like your old one. - Once you have spent all your money for an unknown brand from an unknown company nobody will even buy it if you want to resell it. There are branded company's that ofer even better comfort and prices. Research on them and you will find no reviews. Thay even ask people on Facebook to like them and the people that like them are only the CEO Mr. Jahangir Khan, manager and their family members and relatieves Yes I got cheated very badly but it was my ignorance to go for an unknown brand and company. Now I am stuck with a matrass that I will dump in garbage and forced to buy a new one. In the meantime we are sleeping on air mattress because you can not sleep on sleep fine mattress that give you sleepless nights and is anything else but "SLEEP FINE" along with body ache and sleep deprivation.
