I have raised a complaint no. 202627 for my defective mattress and accordingly your company has replaced by placing new mattress, which is shipped on 31.12.2021 and received by dealer Jai Diviya Durga Furniture, Nampally, Hyderabad within 4-5 days. Dealer called my and demanding to me extra money of Rs 600/- for home delivery. I told him that Sleepwell company representative told me that i don't have to pay any money for home delivery. I have again complaint of demanding of extra money issue to customer care executive daily since 10 days and they are assuring that i will get my new mattress without any home delivery charge but daily new executive is attending my call and giving same assurance logistic team will deliver you at the earliest but 10 days passed and i have not received my new replaced mattress by dealer.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the dealer and logistic team for not delivering my mattress till date. I am facing lot of problem daily by defective mattress. So request you to deliver my mattress immediately by today. Was this information helpful? |
