Similar to many other complaints here, my sleepwell mattress started swelling up at many places and i placed a request for replacement under warranty.
Initially they were so professional that i felt like a privileged CUSTOMER of sleepwell, but didn't know this is a deliberate propaganda by them to just trap CUSTOMERs and never resolve their issue in the name of warranty.
They will send an inspection team who will switch off his number after visit. Next, CUSTOMER service will call you and explain you the depreciated cost. You will feel delighted.
They will ask you to visit store, select mattress and then communicate over phone the model you want. After you do this, the real circus will start. They will say that the CUSTOMER will receive an email with replacement details, which you will NEVER EVER GET. I have been calling these jokers everyday from last 2 weeks and they just say that we will send email today which will never ever come..
Guys please be aware this is a fraud company and a fraud warranty.
They will never ever replace. your mattress and this is their modus operandi to kill your time and frustrate you to the hell.
