As per the company policy, Sleepwell will refund your purchase price, including any collected sales tax, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase after using the product for no fewer than 30 nights, but not later than 100 days after your purchase.
I made my purchase from the sleepwell website "mysleepwell.com" on 13 March, 2023 with order id sw_43323 for Rupees 8250, as the product was not available on amazon.
However I purchased a wrong size. The mattress is smaller than I wanted. I read the terms and conditions, and I wanted to either return the original purchase or exchange it with the desired size preference. However, when I visit the official website (from which I originally made the purchase), it seems that there is no option to return or replace. The details shows that the product is received by the customer, but the tracking shows 'order placed only'.
The website has an option to contact them, but the email provided ([protected]@mysleepwell.com) is incorrect as I tried emailing them, but found that the email address does not exist. Similarly, I tried calling their number ([protected], [protected]), but it says the numbers are invalid.
I believe I have been scammed, and I want a full refund or a penalty to the company for operating scam on a website.
