Sleepwell — Sleep well duplex mattress low quality

I had problems with all my 3 sleepwell mattress. When i placed a complaint that my warranty is still active. They sent an inspection team. It has been 4months since the inspection and they promised to replace the matress but there is no response.
I have mailed several times to [protected]@ sheelafoam .com but they do not follow up.
I don't know whether this is a fraud company?
