Within two months of purchase, the bed lost its firmness and its sagging on both sides. When I try to complain about it, then there is no one to respond. Pathetic customer care. After several attempts, finally reached customer care and executives from sleepwell also inspected the bed and said it has defects. I have placed the complaint on 18th Jan'23, however still the replacement for the defective bed was not issued.
I have spent around 20k for this bed, not even a month slept peacefully in that bed. The bed is under warranty. I need immediate intervention to resolve my issue.
Please help in getting the complaint 243092 expedite.
