We purchased this mattress on 20th Aug and using it since 24th Aug. It does not stop giving backache. After sending multiple emails and followup getting no resolution from the team even they did not send anyone for inspection. This is very costly mattress sold to us for Rs. 45000. This is claimed to be an orthopedic mattress but it turned out to be completely against the claim. Now please tell me are we suppose to bear this pain but use their mattress and they don't bother to even inspect if there is a problem. What law has been made for consumers? I purchased Spinetech Air Luxury which is claimed to be an orthopedic mattress but it is giving unbearable backache that you surely don't want to use it again. After multiple complaints as well their team don't bother to send anyone for inspection if that is due to some manufacturing fault or this mattress don't serve the purpose it is meant for. we inquired multiple times at the time of purchase that it should not give backache but it proved wrong and then too I used for recommended 3 to 4 weeks as they keep insisting to use it till then and if not resolved we will provide resolution.

Now, they don't bother at all about the concern.

Am I going to get the resolution
