Slice Pay — Transaction was successful but money was not credited in my bank account

Good morningn sir/ madam,
My money is struck in between the Slice app and Sbi. Slice app says that they have successfully completed the transaction and provided me with the transaction id but it didn't credited to my bank account. Slice told to contact with your sbi bank and i contacted them they told they haven't received any kind of money in my account. So my money is struck between slice app and sbi server. And I don't know what to do now. No one is listening to me they are simply blaming each other .
I wanted to raise a dispute and charge back that i have taken a money of rs. 3500 from slice app and there it shows that the transaction of rs. 3500 is successful but that money didn't credited to my sbi bank account. Below i m attaching u the transaction statement for your reference from Slice and also my sbi bank statement. i have contacted the slice and they told that they have successfully dispatched the money to me in my bank account but due to the server issue my money didn't reach me so they asked me to contact my branch bank because from there end the transaction is successful. Therefore i request you to raise a dispute against my account and please raise a complaint from my side that I didn't receive the money of rs 3500 in my bank account.
