Slv developers, kalyan nagar, bangalore - no oc, no cc, no katha transfer done even 5 yrs after buying a flat. Technically we are staying illegally without having any of the above after shelling out all our savings in the dream of owning a house. I understand this is the state of most of the buyers who bought from slv developers, now a new issue of construction being done on encroached land and we are living in a fear of losing our shelter.
