I’m from ballari district karnataka, here this people who took DTDC service are faking delivery attempts, by including improper reasons they don’t bring the product out for delivery and they just simply update it as out for delivery and tracking status will be like delivery attempted or delivery address incomplete such floolish reasons, the contact number number they gave in tracking page doesn’t work and finally somehow I contacted the courier sent office in Andhra Pradesh they informed me check in Ballari office they might have playing tricks, this happened multiple times, here in ballari DTDC delivery associate speak rude and say that we don’t deliver everyday even in that case my product is out for delivery status for 3days they didn’t even attempt delivery, i wish someone from DTDC will take necessary actions on them to maintain your brand reputation.
