Service No 9112048H Ex L Nk Gh Mohi Ud Din Bhat Application alongwith Demand draft No URJ 046341, dt 19 Aug 2020 submitted vide Stn HQ Khanabal ( 1 Sector RR) letter No 1192/CSD/PRI. After approaching the concerned Office observed that no any Smart card has been recd till date. But the next person whose aplication was submitted at the same time his card has been received. I Wani Lalit Balasaheb retired from army and I have applied for both canteen card of grocery and liquor card at Nasik umrao plaza CSD canteen and I have paid the fees for cards on 02.04.2022 and my application serial number is 4442036 . kindly give me reply .
