Dear sir/ madam,
I got a parcel from smart galaxy today. They call me 5-6 days ago and said that my jio number is being selected in an offer. The offer was that i will get j7 prime whose original price is rs 13, 999 and they were giving it for rs 3500. Today when i opened the parcel which came at panchavati post office, there was a coin and statue of god instead of mobile.
Sir my request to you is please take severe action on this and please help me in getting my money back. I don't think i will get the product.
