Smart Value Products and Services Ltd — Complain against company for spoiling the career of students

I have a conversation with one of the Smart Value Associates name Mr Pankaj of Kestopur, Kolkata and following answer has been given by him : Question asked by me : one of your associates(my brother) say you are doing the campus and you have been recruiting the employees for the company is it correct, if so, why the offer letter, appointment letter has not been issued to them ? Answer by Mr Pankaj : We are doing the campus and recruiting the employees but we are not giving any offer letter or appointment letter to any one. Question : What is the meaning of Campus ? If someone is recruiting employees from campusing than the company is required to offer the offer letter and then appointment letter along with CTC details, why this company is not offering. Answer by Mr Pankaj : No answer Question : If a person is an employee of any organisation than he get Salary, HRA, Medical benefit, PF, ESI, and Form 16. and by submitting the Form 16 he can get loan to the extent he can repay even advance can be sanctioned by the company in case of emergency of the employee. Answer by Mr Pankaj : No they are not employee, there are agent, we will issue Form 16A and advance is the subject matter of the company code of conduct. Question : Where is the code of conduct and can i get financial information such as Audited Audit Report in order to know more about the company source of income and whether your company is listed ? Answer by Mr Pankaj : My company is listed and you will get all the information on our site i.e http://www.smartvalue.biz Question : when i visited the site, there is no code of conduct nor financial information are available about source of income, nor the company is listed. Answer by Mr Pankaj : Dont waste my time rather talk to your brother. Question : When i ask them which is the better course and career growth in comparision to IAS, IRS, IPS and smart value. Answer by Mr Pankaj : He says smart value is better than as compare to IAS, IRS, IPS because here is a career satisfaction and we can earn income which is unlimited. Question : Smart value is claiming to be No 1 Direct Selling agent in India. As i have seen the website of http://www.idsa.co.in/members.html, he is not the member. Answer by Mr Pankaj : We are No 1 as we are proud of ourself and we providing the eduction to the students. Question : You are claiming that employees from Infosys, Wipro, are joining the Smart Vale by leaving there job and i asked them how many people are there from Infosys and Wipro in your smart vale company. As both the companies have more than 2 lakhs employees on aggregate basis. Answer by Mr Pankaj : There are around 10 - 20 employees who have left there job from Infosys and Wipro and join smart value. I was bit surprise to hear the number of employees join the smart value as compare to more than 2 Lakhs employees. Conclusion : It shown the company is making fraud claim and spoiling the career and life of the students. They are stating that we provide better career and growth as comparison to IAS, IRS and IPS. Analysis : 1. Company is not listed so they are not bound to comply with SEBI guidelines. 2. Financial Information is not available on their website as we could not ascertain the source of income. 3. No code of conduct is placed on their website. 4. Making false claim of "CAMPUS" as No Offer Letter has been given to the candidate as such no salary is payable to them, No PF, No ESI and also No Form 16 5. Comparing the career in smart value which is better than IAS, IRS & IPS 6. Misguiding the students by stating to join the computer course intially and than telling the students to do the business by joining the other students for computer course and selling the products of smart value which is not sale able in indian market
