[Resolved] Smartfuturejob — not paid the money back | |||
smartfuturejob is job consultancy company.i got a call from mr.rohan.asked me to pay Rs.1684 as registration fees and said we will arrange for an job interview by video calling and i paid the same on 15/12/14 by internet banking (www.smartfuturejob.com).again he called me to pay Rs.4999 to continue account otherwise the account will be closed.Also i paid the same on 16/12/14.Again he called me to pay the Rs.5617 said 'this is the final hereafter no need to pay'(mail conversation is attached) but i refused to pay it and i asked him to close the account and pay back amount.but he told me that if you paid tghe amount Rs.5617 your account will get close and you will get all your money back.so, i paid Rs.5617 on 18.01.2015 then called them on the same day to close the account.they (vijay&malgothra ph.[protected]) assured that the money will be credited to your account 45 days from date of closure of account.but i didn't any money back. kindly help me in this case Was this information helpful? | |||

I initiated the smartfuturejob account on 15/12/2014 by paying the amount Rs.1684 as you requested through www.smartfuturejob.com.Again, you were asking to pay the amount Rs.4999 on 16/12/14 and Rs.5617 on 8/1/15 to proceed further and i paid the same through online transaction (www.smartfuturejob).You said" Rs 5617 is the last process hereafter you won't need to pay".
But, after i paid the amount Rs.5617 again you are asking to pay Rs.4000.So i denied to pay amount Rs 4000 and i said you to close the account, since i have not get any services as assured by you.
you replied that the amount will be returned to your account max.of 45 days from the date of closure of account.
since 70 days over, i have contacted you more time through phone, i haven't get satisfied result.
I am going to take the legal action against you.This is for your information | |||
