This is to bring to your notice that few Organisations running Fraud Business of Movers & Packers in the name of PORTER for eg -:
M/s, - Vansh Movers & Packers (Vansh Enterprises)

These type of Fraud Organisations might be running in Slums, with the help & guidance of PORTER personnels. As the above mentioned Organisation's properietor itself is involved in such fraud activities like - to book the Consignment in the Brand name PORTER & loot the Client by :-
1) Delaying in Packing Material.
2) Delaying in booking the Vehicle (As they do NOT have their own Vehicles)
3) Booking the porter vehicles, Extracting the name of the driver & Cancel the Order immedeately
4) Contacting the driver to complete the Order directly so as the driver/ Partner shall be gaining more (as porter cannot deduct its commission anyhow)
5) NOT concern with delays whatsoever.
6) NOT Responsible for any damages or losses anyhow.
7) Charging extra to the client for Extra time & not concern with its delay's.
Observance : Due to this type of Operation the Main Sufferer is Only such Helpless Clients who liked & Opted Brand name (PORTER) as Packers & Movers for Shifting his/hers Stuff Material. Also the innocent illetrated drivers/partners, who are unknown about the facts & factors so about the Modus Operandi of such Organisation like (Vansh Movers & Packers) as a helpless guy Investing an asset of value 10 Lacs (approx.) and anyhow in such circumstances cannot call back to Porter. Coz. as per Porter team 👉 "Customer is always Right" and Not driver/Partner. May be the driver is the one who drive the vehicle, faces the traffic & climatic conditions, are always on Risk & not the Porter Team, who are there sitting in the AC offices only to throw ball in driver/ partners court to make their such customers Happy.
Such behaviour/attitude/reviews shall not at all acceptable from the Branded Indian organisation (porter.in), as it may puts the Bad Impression on its name and Reputation, that could also negative Impact on its New Customer/Clients
Hence its a kindly request to the The PORTER Team to look into the matter, Save Its Clients/Customers & Driver /Partners and do the needful for the betterment of Nation, before it becomes the worst.
