Smashing Commerce — return of online product

I have bought an ultrasonic machine from smash commerce, but it doesn't work.I have ordered an other machine but they had sent another machine which has not ordered by me.This is cheating by smash commerce. So I want to return it ASAP .There is no returning path in the system of smash commerce. So I request you to inform me how can I return it.Thanks
